  • A CV, often known as a resume.
  • A transcript that is current or official.
  • Transcript of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
  • Transcripts for both a bachelor’s and master’s degree with a 3.50 GPA
  • Passport or citizen ID card.
  • Publication, research paper, or certifications (if any)
  • Current image (1 × 1.5 inches, only in JPEG format)
