Qualifications The World Economic Forum Early Career Program’s requirements for 2024 To be eligible for the World Economic Forum Early Career Program, candidates must fulfill the following prerequisites:

  • A bachelor’s degree and a maximum of two years of comparable job experience.
  • A passion for and background in project and program management.
  • Interest in and background in community management, leadership development, and program and project management.
  • Expertise in creating content, publishing digitally, and/or writing for a professional audience.
  • Outstanding professional writing abilities in English; flawless spoken and written mastery of the language.
  • Digital native adept at using a range of communication tools, knowledgeable with Salesforce or other CRM software, and at ease with Microsoft Office (prior database management expertise an asset).

The World Economic Forum Early Career Program 2024 offers the following benefits:

  • A full-time, six-month onsite job contract with the World Economic Forum Geneva office.
  • Gross monthly pay of CHF 4,400 (salary: CHF 4,050- + CHF 350 for health benefits).
