Job Description:

• Participants in our program for bankers-in-training receive extensive exposure to a range of banking and financial services sector components.
• The curriculum has been carefully designed to include a blended learning strategy that addresses the cognitive and emotional learning domains, provides on-the-job training, and guarantees a smooth transition from classroom instruction to real-world application in the workplace.
• The candidate must possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science, specifically in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Accounting, Statistics, Operations Research, Human Resources Management, or a similar field.
• 2:1 minimum in the degree program.
• The mandatory National Youth Service Program must have been finished.
• Must be under 26 years old when submitting an application.
