- A mission statement (A declaration of intent, at least one page.)
- A CV, often known as a resume.
- A transcript that is current or official.
- Transcript of a bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 2.75.
- Transcripts for both a bachelor’s and master’s degree with a 3.50 GPA
- Passport or citizen ID card.
- Publication, research paper, or certifications (if any)
- Current image (1 × 1.5 inches, only in JPEG format)
- English proficiency test certificate (if appropriate)
