Objectives and Benefits of Female Academic Careers in Africa Workshop

The participants will be attended to by a professional coach via different modules that address the issues of how to build up efficient teams, deal with university hierarchies, address conflicts at the place of work, and advance an academic career with several time constraints. Many opportunities await the participants of the workshop.

The workshop covers travel costs for participants (economy class flight, local transport, accommodation, only mandatory covid-19 tests).

Requirements for Female Academic Careers in Africa Workshop

The scholarship is open to early and mid-career female academics who are associated with Social Sciences and Humanities with universities or research institutes in Africa. Must possess a PhD degree.
